招聘SoC Design Integration Manager
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Candidates for this position should have experience in the design and design
management of large, high-speed, mixed signal SoCs.
- The designs must have contained a variety of both hard and soft-macro IP blocks.
- The candidate should be an expert in all parts of the SoC flow from IP deliverable
hand-offs (in RTL or gate), to synthesis, DFT and test insertion, floorplanning, P&R, timing
closure, signal integrity, power analysis and verification.
- After at least 5 years of design experience the candidate should have 3 years of design
management experience.
- MSEE or PhD required.

Product Engineer（４位）
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES IN ADDITION TO THOSE IN JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To support prototype and production releases of new products. Manage product
characterization and qualification to meet customer schedules and secure customer’s
product acceptance.
- Manage key customer products and provide real time customer support for design,
product, and quality related concerns.
- Pursue creative solutions to improve product margins throughout the entire product
lifecycle
- Support test chip IP characterization and identify early yield limiters. Drive for resolutions
to address yield issues observed.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- University graduate students with top scores in GPA
- Prior working experiences in the semiconductor industry field, specially in either IDM,
Fabless, or Foundry environment
- Hands on experience to utilize analytical tools such as JMP, Klarity, DataPower or
equivalent would be essential
- Foundry product engineering experience would be advantageous
Field Application Engineer_ DSP（１位）
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES IN ADDITION TO THOSE IN JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with Sales and customers to provide excellent support of new and existing
business, including pre-design win and post design win.
- Achieve design wins at customers
- Support customers on-site when needed.
- Work closely with global technical colleagues to provide backup support.
- Track issues and defects and drive to resolution.
- Provide quick response to key customer’s request on technical support.
- Provide technical training to Sales team and customers.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years+ of experience with DSP, Starcore experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in RTOS, application or device driver/firmware development
- Knowledge on 2G/3G/4G technology eg. GSM/CDMA/UMTS/TD-SCDMA/LTE
- Experience using or supporting embedded products
- Demonstrated ability to learn technology quickly
- Very good English communication skills
- Team player, self-motivation
- Communication/Information Systems/Microelectronics or EE degree, Masters preferred
Test Engineer（９位）
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES IN ADDITION TO THOSE IN JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To support prototype and production releases of new products. Manage debug of test
program and hardware and meet product release schedules.
- Support test program development for implementing changes in new test methodologies
for test coverage improvement.
- Pursue Design for Test initiatives to optimize testability and achieve test cost reduction via
test time reduction and multiple site test solutions for production release.
- Support test chip test development and characterization of new IP used in products.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- University graduate students with top scores in GPA
- Prior working experiences in the semiconductor industry field, specially in either IDM,
Fabless, or Foundry environment
- ATE programming skills would be essential
- C++ and/or Perl programming skills |
