Digital revolution is always a significant transformative incentive that every country wants to be a major player in the new market. Dr. Steve Girvin from Yale University discusses explicitly why quantum computing supremacy is so important for big countries and national entities. Dr. Girvin is Eugene Higgins Professor of Physics and Professor of Applied Physics at Yale University. He is also the director of the Co-design Center for Quantum Advantage (C2QA) located at Brookhaven National Laboratory, one of the five U.S. national quantum research centers.
