(JW Insights) Apr 13 - Chinese leading NOR flash supplier GigaDevice (兆易创新) has delivered a total of 100 million automotive GD25/55 SPI NOR Flash and GD5F SPI NAND Flash series products so far, which are widely used in smart cockpits, intelligent driving, intelligent network connection, and EV systems, the company said on April 12.
GigaDevice set foot in automotive electronics in 2015, and has successively completed the AEC-Q100 automotive certification of full-capacity GD25/55 SPI NOR Flash and GD5F SPI NAND Flash in 2019 and 2022.
Among them,the automotive flash memory chip GD25LX512ME/GD25X512ME has the highest performance NOR Flash solution in the industry, which can help ensure a safe, reliable, autonomous and controllable supply chain, according to the company.
Founded in 2005, Beijing-based GigaDevice has branches and offices in many regions and countries including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hefei, Xi'an, Chengdu, Suzhou, Hong Kong, the US, South Korea, Japan, the UK, Germany, and Singapore. It went public on Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2016.
